Louise has worked in Employment programming since 1989; she is a Registered Rehabilitation Practitioner through the Canadian Association of Rehabilitation Practitioners.
Her educational background includes Certification in Health & Fitness, SFU and she is a graduate of the Counselling Program at Kwantlen College. Louise is presently Project Coordinator, Program Manager and Wage Subsidy Facilitator in the Coquitlam office as well as the Project Coordinator and Program Manager in the Surrey office.

Edith Szigeti is our Office Manager. She is responsible for accounting functions, processing payroll claims, reception and ensuring the office runs smoothly. Her background includes a wealth of experience in accounting, finance, and customer service. She is looking forward to hearing from you when you book your next appointment!

My name is Shannon Hanson and I have over 13 Years Experience in the Target Wage Subsidy Program, Job Creation Partnerships and providing Employment Assistance Services. In addition to this I have experience working for Service Canada, Non-Profit Agencies, Displaced Fishery Workers, Youth, People with a Disability, First Nations, men and women from Federal/Provincial Institutions. I completed the Ch’nook Advanced Management Program at the Sauder School of Business - University of British Columbia, the 3 Week Job Finding Club Certification, taken several courses at Douglas College for Certification of a Career Development Practitioner Program and a Certificate in Aboriginal Employment Development.

Eileen is our Wage Subsidy Facilitator for the Ridge Meadows area. Eileen completed a BA in Psychology at Simon Fraser University in 1995 and began a rewarding career in Employment Counselling as a Youth Program Facilitator. She also provided Case Management services to Youth, aged 15-30 in Surrey and Coquitlam for 7 years and has a background in ESL tutoring and Self-Employment. Eileen has completed coursework in the Provincial Instructor’s program, and the TESOL program at VCC.
Surrey Office

Jean-Claude Kalinijabo is the Program Assistant in the Surrey Wage Subsidy in Action office. His responsibilities include accounting, processing payroll claims, marketing, reception and the daily functions of the general office.
Jean-Claude holds a degree in Public Administration from the University of Washington, Seattle, and comes from a background in Human Resources Management. He is excited to be serving the community of Surrey.

Sharon has been working for the past 9 ½ years dedicated to help provide employment, guidance and advocacy to those in the community with developmental difficulties and special needs. Sharon is a creative resourceful person with strong interpersonal skills and a love for networking. Her training comes as a Community Support Worker, with multiple workshops including Person Centered Thinking. She is looking forward to working with the Surrey division of Sante Services clients to assist in achieving their employment goals.
