Brian is our Office Manager. He is responsible for accounting, processing payroll claims, reception and other general office functions. Brian's background and work experience is in the accounting field. His education consists of a degree in BBA from the Simon Fraser University. He is looking forward to hearing from you when you book your next appointment.
Cyndy has more than 10 years experience with Employment Assistance Services as a Case Manager and Career Planning Facilitator, assisting with Job Search, Skills Training, Wage Subsidy, Self Employment and Employment Maintenance programs.
Cyndy holds a Life Skills Diploma, Provincial Instructor Certificates, and is a True Colors Facilitator. She believes in life long learning and has enjoyed working in her community as a volunteer ESL coach, specializing in support to the "Lets Read Out Loud" program.
Cyndy's background and experience teaching Resume and Cover Letter development, Labour Market Skills and how to enter the Hidden Job Market, gives her valuable material when supporting successful Job Search.
Jean is the newest member of the Sante Wage Subsidy Team working in both the Coquitlam and Maple Ridge offices. Her background includes nearly 20 years experience working in tv and film, in both technical and supervisory positions. Recently she has worked with new comers to Canada, assisting them with job search and integration into the Canadian workplace. Her education consists of a Diploma in Broadcast Television, leadership training from the Segal School of Business and a Certificate in Career Development from SFU including Job Club Leadership Training and Personality Dimensions certificates. Jean looks forward to working with the clients from the Maple Ridge and Coquitlam areas.
Louise has worked in Employment programming since 1989; she is a Registered Rehabilitation Practitioner through the Vocational Rehabilitation Association.
Her educational background includes Certification in Health & Fitness, SFU and she is a graduate of the Counselling Program at Kwantlen College. Louise is presently Project Coordinator, Program Manager and Wage Subsidy Facilitator in the Coquitlam office as well as the Project Coordinator and Program Manager in the Surrey office.
Shannon has over 12 years experience in the social services field. She has worked in non- profit agencies, with youths and people dealing with homeless, people with disabilities and with first nations. Her educational background consists of a social service worker degree from Sheridan College, A career development practitioner certificate and job club certification from Douglas College. She enjoys coaching clients to learn job related skills that include: resume and cover letter development, labour market skills, career development and job search skills. She values working with clients to create small achievable goals to create life time successes.
Eileen is our Wage Subsidy Facilitator for the Ridge Meadows area. Eileen completed a BA in Psychology at Simon Fraser University in 1995 and began a rewarding career in Employment Counselling as a Youth Program Facilitator. She also provided Case Management services to Youth, aged 15-30 in Surrey and Coquitlam for 7 years and has a background in ESL tutoring and Self-Employment. Eileen has completed coursework in the Provincial Instructor's program, and the TESOL program at VCC.

Ana brings in her over 10 years solid Social Service experience to the Sante Surrey Team. She successfully completed the Career Development Fulltime Intensive Program at Douglas College in 2010. Her enormous trainings, concrete experience and pleasant attitude would certainly make her a valuable resource to her clients. She is currently working out to becoming a Certified Career Development Practitioner in BC.
Carmen is our Office Administrator in the Surrey Office. The scope of her responsibilities include accounting, processing payroll claims, budget monitoring and other general office functions.
Carmen's background and work experience is in the accounting field. She holds a degree in Accounting and an MBA in the Philippines and is currently working on for the 3rd level in the CGA Program. Carmen is happy to assist both the clients and employers in the best way she can.
Jean-Claude Kalinijabo is the Program Manager and Wage Subsidy Facilitator at the Surrey office. His responsibilities include financial management and employment counseling.
Jean-Claude holds a degree in Public Administration from the University of Washington, Seattle, and comes from a background in Human Resources Management. He is excited to be serving the community of Surrey.
